Since the stair stickers are specially made for our customers, no exchange or return is accepted. After you order the product, we will send you a sample of the stair stickers by e-mail. After you approve, we send it to print. If the sample print we send is not approved within 1 day, it will be printed according to the dimensions given by our customer. If our customer has not given enough information about the dimensions of the stair stickers, it will not be printed. After ordering for it, please check your Etsy account and your email.
